It is impossible to win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket. There is no such thing as the "Multi-State Lottery Association" -- each state (or country, or province, etc) runs their own. You also will never receive notification of lottery wins through email -- there's no such thing as this electronic lottery. YOU have to watch THEIR results and get in touch with them if you have the right ticket! This is a scam, they will ask you to pay fees (taxes, document prep fees, shipping costs, or similar) before the "prize" will come to you. Do not answer and do not send them money!
