Can I get rid of Hp solution center?

I got it with my printer and it is SOOO annoying. During startup it loads and keeps popping up. This goes on for like five miniutes and slow everything down. Can i uninstall it or is ...show more

yes go to the start menu, on the right side thebe a button that says control panel, click it top left hand corner there will be a botton that says control panel home,click that bottom left hand there will be programs button under it says "uninstall a program" click it wait for list to load scroll through it and find if then right click it and press uninstall
