If they are asking you for PayPal ID they may want money some where down the line. Ask them now, before you waste any more time with them. PayPal is a web money transferring system. Good luck.

I thought Pay Pal was a money transferring website. You have to go to the website to set up an account. I don't know what submitting articles would have to do with Pay Pal unless it costs money to submit them, and they only accept Pay Pal.
