What's a good mobile phone plan for a study abroad student?

Nightlife depends on the city u choose to live in. In Delhi clubbing goes on late into the night but for living in these places u need to have good Punjabi & Hindi. In Mumbai, only English might work but u might hv to work on ur Hindi. In Bangalore, u can go clubbing till maximum of 1 am. But for pursuing ur career, Delhi would be the best choice.
