What are the requirements for these universities?

What are the requirements/necessity in applying scholarship to study abroad to other countries' universities?

  First, you need to be accepted at a university! When checking out schools you want to apply to, check their requirements for applying for financial aid as well. There is VERY LITTLE scholarship assistance available anywhere unless your country of citizenship has programs to send their "best & brightest" abroad for studies. With these programs, you are required to return to your own country and put your skills to work - they provide these scholarships to their citizens to help develop their countries! But scholarship assistance and other financial aid from your own country is your best chance of getting financial aid. Loans: your parents have to take them out in their own country. You cannot get student loans in a foreign country. Any scholarship money available has extreme competition. Also, it almost never covers full tuition. Scholarships do NOT cover your living expenses. You must have money of your own to cover books, fees, supplies, and especially living expenses, even if you were lucky enough to obtain a full-tuition scholarship. You must prove you have been accepted at a school and have sufficient funds to pay all school-related costs to attend, plus all of your living expenses, plus your return transportation to your own country. Student visas are always temporary, non-immigration class of visa, and you are required to return to your own country immediately upon completion or termination of studies. If you run out of money, you must immediately return to your own country.
