How large a file can I email?

How can I email a Powerpoint file? It's 14MB and too large - but I have received PPT files before?

So I need to know a step by step way to email this large file. thanks

Try compressing the file with WinRar or 7zip. I think WinRar even has an option from the drop down list "Compress and email".
