When I send a photo attachment it is too large. How can I make it smaller?

You can use Outlook Express to send pictures, and it can reduce them for you, with little loss of quality. Right click the picture, and choose Send To...Mail Recipient. Choose to make the picture smaller. You can also use a paint or photo editing program to reduce the size before sending.
