  I don't have it, but I heard the software it comes with has some bugs but that's to be expected the new version is available for download if you know the right people and it improves lag, batt life and switching from landscape to portrait views amongst many other improvements. It's smaller than the Iphone has a better browser, cut and paste and you can load all of your email accounts on it plus add a bberry email and send PIN messages with other bberry users, the pin doesn't go through a server it's just device to device. The best thing you can do is wait until the new year when the new software will be installed on all of the newly shipped devices. That way you won't have to worry about checking updates everyday and any bugs.
