    here is the real answer. its ok quality it dosent really lag at all but its good for just everyday things the still pictures are great! but the video is okay at least it has sound im not sure about the frames per second but maybe its about 20. im not sure how to describe it. its good but not like video camera qaulity good. i would rate it 1 being the worst and 10 being the best i would give it an 8 hope this helps :)

There is some info about video resolutions, formats, and quality in this review about the Treo 700wx: http://www.mobiletechreview.com/treo-700wx.htm It says the quality is average compared to other camera phones. Fps is supposed to be 26.
