    hi, very easy to replace. Find someone with an old/damage BB and ask for it. I have many of thous things. Or just go and exchange the phone but they might refuse you coz this is a user damage

I would take it back to the store and demand a replacement phone or a refund. Do NOT take it to get it fixed - they should replace it for you - did you get insurance for the product? Or a warranty - read through it also check what the law says with regards to your dilemma. Best of luck!
