OK here we go,I bought the unlock code to unlock my Blackberry 7290?

and you only have 10 chances well I tried all 10 times and still didn't unlock it,but now it also says that my network is Blocked,please help me!!! Very stressed

If you tried all 10 times then you probably bricked the phone and it wont be able to be unblocked. Where you bought the unlock code probably scammed you if it did not work.
