Need Help!! Windows Media Player Won't Detect Ipod Mini

This is my very first Ipod, but for some reason, windows media player wont detect the Ipod. I'm very confused. This isn't my first MP3 player, yet I have no idea on what to do! please ...show more

Hello Mistress Slipknot!, You need to download iTunes to download songs for you iPod, you can't use Windows Media Player for your iPod. LINK: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ When you download iTunes, drag all the songs you want on your iPod in iTunes.
