There is no such thing as a pc to TV "converter". Your question is also lacking enough information for anyone to answer it. If you have a newer TV, it probably has a VGA or HDMI input on it. Does your computer have either a VGA or HDMI output? If yes, then all you need is the right cable. If the answer to the above is no, your only other option to to buy an RF modulator with the right sort of video input on it. However, this method is just a total wast of time and any picture you end up with will have 480 lines (or less) of horizontal resolution and I can't imagine ANYONE being happy with that!
