    Give it a try! You could also just take some regular mustard, mix with some mayo to cut it to taste, now place a tiny dollop on top of the filling, might look cute, sprinkle with paprika too if you have any. To take it even further, take some tips of celery or lettuce, cut tiny pieces put on on top of the egg, then put the dollop and sprinkle with paprika. The eggs will be fine if nothing else works,but test the sprinkle that should be fine.

I definitely wouldn't sprinkle mustard powder on top. I don't even put mustard in mine, just mayo or Miracle Whip & all the other stuff.

Put the yolk mix back into the bowl, add mustard and then refill the egg. Or take just regular yellow mustard and squeeze the musatrd overe the eggs in a drizzle fashion, the sprinkle with paprika, might make for a nice presentation.

If you've put the filling back into the egg white shells, then you could try to scoop it out again and add your mustard, or..... 1. Sprinkle with Spanish paprika 2. Sprinkle with fresh dill 3. Sprinkle with curry powder 4. Sprinkle with hot paprika You're eggs are probably just dandy just as they are! I never put mustard in mine, instead I put curry powder and sweet relish with my mayonaise and they turn out perfect!

I would just leave them be and sprinkle some paprika on them. Mustard powder or mustard is not absolutely necessary for deviled eggs, it's just something you can add if you want to. Plenty of people love deviled eggs with just mayo, relish, and a little salt and pepper.
