How do you instant message someone?

How can someone still Instant Message me after I have put them on my ignore list and reported them too?

• Answer:

  They keep coming back and asking you to add them to your list. Every time you click on them to read their message you are accepting them. They also still have you on their list, so they know when you are and when you aren't on your messenger. When they send you a message right click on the message and press delete. If you still recieve messages from them ignore it and do not reply. Once they stop sending the messages for the day/night right click their messenger and press delete. Do not read or respond to any more messages after you have done this, or you will be accepting them again.
