My 2010 toyota corolla le makes clicking sound on my initial right turn and after that there is no more sound?

Could be either a bad control arm ball joint or a broken boot on your axle. Check behind the tire if you can and see if there is excessive grease/lube all over . Usually if it is either one of them , you should get it fixed don't think you can pass inspection since it is a safety hazard. It takes awhile like months if not years maybe depending on how bad the damage it is for the ball joint or axle break. Then its a more costly to fix it.
