Non profit meet up group?

There is a non active, porn-spam filled group with our Non Profit name on it. Can we get it deleted?

  Yahoo just doesn't delete groups, if they did there wouldn't be a zillion spam-filled groups (however some only have the purpose for spam). Odd that a teen of the same homeschool group would create a yahoo group with the same title, be it what it may, the person who created it would need their account info to delete it. Yahoo has no help method to delete groups that you yourself didn't create. If they did, it would surely be an abused form.
