I unsubscribed from a freecycle group but I am still receiving emails everyday. How do I get this to stop?

***UPDATE 2/28/13*** I've synced that group. Please allow 24 hours for the system to completely update. After that time, you should no longer be receiving emails from that group! If you find that this is not true, please let us know! Hi, Please update your question with the exact name of the group. I should be able to fix this for you, with that information.
