I don't believe there is any way you can do this. The current owner will have to find a way to log back in and make that change. What do you mean she doesn't remember how to log in? If she remembers her ID, she can get her password from Yahoo. That is why they ask you to set up a password reminder question... if you give the secret answer, they let you back into your account.
