If I got into an accident in my boyfriends car and he never insured the car what will happen? please help?

What a mess! Your boyfriend should have given you a heads-up that there was no insurance. I would hope that you would not have knowingly driven a vehicle with no insurance. You do take responsibility for your own actions though and so yes, you will have a hefty fine to pay. You do not say if it is a single vehicle accident or if there were others involved. If it is a single vehicle then there is no insurance to pay for your boyfriend's damaged car. As well there is no one to pay for the property you may have hit (a fence, a sign, whatever). If however, there is another vehicle then that is a different matter. You will be held responsible for the damages to people or property. If your boyfriend willingly lent you the vehicle then he is going to have some responsibility too. If you have money and the boyfriend doesn't then you will be stuck paying the bigger share. The important thing is that the injured party gets taken care of. There is a possibility that you had the endorsement on your policy for renting or borrowing another vehicle. This might be your saving grace. No one has to tell you what you did wrong on this one. I'm sure you will not be so trusting again. Good luck!
