Ghosts are fact. At work, the subject of ghosts came up. One level headed fellow told how his little boy, a toddler, cannot get down the stairs himself.( The bedrooms are upstairs.) One Sunday morning the father went downstairs and found the boy already there. Surprised, he asked how'd you get down here, did mommy help you? The boy replied " That lady helped me ", while pointing to a photo on the staircase wall. It was the photo of a previous owner who had died sometime in the 1950s. The father said what really clinched things was his son added " Her hands sure were cold. " My own father appeared to a neighbor, an altercation at nigh time, a week after my father died....and the neighbor was unaware my father had recently past away. He didn't know until he stopped my mother and told her of the encounter.

Real: the scientific Instruments that can pick up on the presence of a spirit. Fake: you can explain everything that's about it. any more questions, use the internet.

Yes, ghosts and spirits are real. I know that ghosts and spirits are real because my mom once lived in a haunted house, and she heard voices and sometimes things got thrown around. However, ghosts are not the same as demons.

well thanks for believing and i am sure there will be other answers he insulting your intelligence but i applaud you i believe because, i have no choice an old lady was murdered by burglars in the house where i live and things move by themselves and constant shadowy apparitions are seen here i even got my friend to believe i guess the real argument i can give is that they do have the ability do interact with things in the physical world and just because some people aren't sensitive enough to be able to see or hear them doesn't mean they don't exist just like the ability of young people like me hearing the mosquito sound

Your question really depends on who you ask. Skeptics will say that ghosts are merely misinterpretations or mind tricks. A believer will say that ghosts really exists. Being a paranormal investigator, I believe both ways. I have been able to explain things that people thought were ghosts with natural elements (doors opening on there own, shadows in a room, unexplained footsteps, etc). However, there are other things that I could not explain and had no choice but to offer it as possible proof of paranormal activity. For example, I was on an investigation doing an EMF sweep of a room when I came across an unexplainable high reading. I told another investigator to come over to where I was and witness the spike for himself when I heard a laugh. The laugh was one straight out of a horror movie. There was only one other person in the room and the rest of the team were on the other side of the house. I went to where the laugh came from and there was nothing in that area that could have caused the laugh. Justin Williams Co Founder of P.I.C.K.

Not real, as there is *no* hard evidence to support otherwise. I've heard the "recordings" made by "paranormal experts", and believe they're either faked or unintelligible gibberish that could be anything.
