How long does magnesium citrate work?

How long does it take magnesium citrate 2 work!! I need answers ASAP!! ?

    ok, first of all when you take mag citrate you are obviously constipated or you are doing it to clean your system out for a medical procedure. If taking to cleanse it will start moving things pretty quickly maybe half an hour to an hour and then u better be by a bathroom. It will make you go several times. If u are constipated and laxitive pills haven't worked it may take several bottles and several days for a bowel movement. I need 4 to 6 bottles in 2 days time to get any return, please be aware that i have a blockage in my colon, getting fixed next week, If this does not work you must see a doctor because if you have a blockage this could make it worse. Hope this helps, i feel your pain
