    If you buy any mustang that is NOT a V6 mustang, mustang GT, or cobra (to me) it is fake. The roush, saleen, and steeda all look very good and perform very well, but all they are is mustang gt that has been sent off and had those extra parts put on. if you run VIN it will come back as a GT. i have a buddy that paid $80,000 for his P51-A mustang, looks good he wins a lot of shows with it because only 151 were made, i paid $25,000 for my 03' cobra and put about $5,000 into it and it runs a lot better than my buddys car. so all in all you can buy a cobra for about 1/4 the price put a little money into it and it will be so much better than paying out the a** for a car thats not going to do anything.

Normal Mustang just ur 4.6L SOHC V8 making 315 hp stock with a 5 speed manual or 5 speed auto trans... shelby is done by svt (special vehicles team) and is also a stock car with a 4.6L DOHC V8 supecharged making 540 hp with only a 6 spd manual..then there are roush, saleen, steeda and many others! they all have different packages from just outside designs (bodykits, rims etc) to full blown packages that include everything from supercharged engines, different trans, suspension, interior, etc everything! hope this helps man!!

~~normal and gt mustangs are done by the factory. ~~Saleen and Roush (and now Steeda) are companies that design aftermarket cars, with amazing amounts of horsepower, depending on what stage you get.

depends on the year. usually body kits, brake upgrades, hp upgrades, suspension upgrades. Saleen is best bang for the buck and also will hold its value the best because the are the hardest to find and have the best upgrades as stock.
