What are the best groups/websites through which to book a fun but rewarding volunteer vacation abroad? (for young professionals)

    My daughter volunteered in Costa Rica through an organization called Maximo Nivel. They have branches in Guetemala and Peru. I visited her while she was in Costa Rica. It was an amazing experience for her. She worked in an orphanage but other volunteers worked in medical facilities, construction, turtle conservation, etc. http://www.maximonivel.com
