What is the smallest land animal that could kill you in a fight?

    The smallest female Amur leopard weighs roughly 55 pounds and is all muscle. This is smaller than a cougar. I agree that while a badger or raccoon could do some damage, I would kill it before it would kill me. I'm pretty sure I could kill a dog or snake that weighs less than 55 pounds. So far, using these rules, I think the Amur leopard would be the winner.

I'd agree, I would think something like a small cougar. They could be slightly smaller than a pitbull and still consistently be able to prey on humans.

Leopards and cougars are known to have killed people. The leopard is a slightly smaller species than the cougar. I am not sure human beings can kill a badger or even a raccoon with our bare hands, so these animals can potentially kill us in a fight to the death. PS a boa constrictor call only kill people if it can wrap around a person's neck. If it is on the ground, face to face with a human, the human will win.

How about a peregrine falcon, supposed it wanted to kill you. It's not like you could ever touch it and after a few hits at 200 mpg you would be dead.
