    I have been working with Chinese people at work a lot (typhoon lagoon) ever since Disney China opened and they really enjoy the experience working here. And yes some when they leave here are speaking better English than when they came. You will meet new friends and will enjoy the whole experience

no, but the program sounds so fun and exciting. you do learn about Disney business, it looks good on your resume, and you get to work and live on the WaltDisney world property. as long as you know a little English disney will definitely help you improve.
