    Entry level jobs are very low. As Cliff mentioned you have to follow very strict guidelines. Union employees have a hard time renegotiating new contracts. If you are in it for the love of being at Disney and can shine, I see why you won't be noticed. Had a friend who told management he would have to he would have to move on if he couldn't move to management. He first showed his value to company they done determined he was a keeper! Work extra hard don't break any rules or make enemies you should have a good chance of moving up. Go for it if you are really committed!

They do have standards. A lot of people critisize Disney for being so strict, but really, so many people want to work there they're allowed to be picky. I've never heard anyone complain about the people who worked there. I talked to someone who worked in entertainment, and she said it was really just like any other job in a lot of ways. There's things you love and hate about it. I'm obsessed as well, and I really want to work there. So good luck.

I was thinking about becoming an intern there but I have read that they hardly pay you anything and treat you poor. So I am guessing you would really have to love disney in order to work there. But who knows? The reviews I read may have been all grumpy people. You won't find out til ya try! If it isn't for you then just go back home.

Walt Disney was a Nazi. He was a terrible, hateful human being only interested in his own wealth. His company to this day peddles mind-numbing, rediculas garbage to today's youth, making us dumber and dumber every generation. His product is a major contribution to teenage pregnancy and HIV. We would have been better off if he never existed.
