Is New York city a nice place to live?

Is Brooklyn New York a nice place to live-how does it compare with living in other parts of New York City?

Well, you have to understand that Brooklyn is HUGE. In fact, if it was a city all on its own, it would be, like, the 4th or 5th largest city in the country! So, like all cities, it has nice parts, like Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope, where rather wealthy folks live, and it has some crummier neighborhoods, too, although, like most of New York City's crummier neighborhoods, they're hard at work gentrifying them as fast as they can because New York City rents are SO high, that they want to get yuppies and hipsters into those former slum apartments as quickly as possible and start charging them the big bucks. So, there's a good New York City neighborhood map at the link, below, and you can click on the links to read about each of the different neighborhoods here, including those in Brooklyn. Good luck!... :-D
