2 12"s would have more cone area, your sub is of higher quality with better power handling capabilities(louder) in the right box you would have a substantial system, but grab you 1 more of them fi bl 12s and blow em away beyond doubt, lol. i dont know that amp or the specs but if it pushes 1200rms it is a beast.
