How to wire 2 dvc subs to mono amp?

How do I wire my 2 JL W3v2 DVC subs (4 OHM) to my JC Power 1000.1D 2 channel amp?

  Ok I can't find any information on this amp. Who makes it? Is JC initials for the actual name? I need to know more about the amp to ensure that I give accurate information. The first answerer seems to be assuming things. I also can't find the subs... http://www.termpro.com/articles/spkrz.html there's info about speaker wiring and math equations to support when I say, wiring in Parallel will give 2 ohms not 1. I doubt your amp is 1ohm stable. Parallel means both speakers connect to the same amp terminals. So both speaker positives twist together and go under the bridged positive of the amp. Same for negatives. Make sure both wires are the same physical length. This is of course assuming you can bridge to a single channel. Since they are single coil speakers, I don't see a practical way to lower the impedance of the individual speakers without bridging and running in parallel. At 4 ohms you would cut your power significantly. You need to confirm the specs on both items or give us a better model number that ban be researched.
