The date and time are wrong on my incoming and outgoing emails. How do I change it?

How do I correct the date and time of my emails. Emails are saying that they were sent the previous day in the AM when they were just sent.

This is only a guess. Maybe your computer DATE/TIME is incorrect and has to be set. If thats the case----go to "CONTROL PANEL" and find the icon, or verbage "DATE/TIME" and adjust accordingly. :)
