Why am I not receiving my incoming emails?

I have been experiencing a delay in receiving incoming emails for a couple of weeks. some 18 hrs after sent. know of cure?

    Same here. It is ridiculous and doesn't look like they are doing anything about it. Since it doesn't happen to everyone, wonder if some of our accounts are stored on a "bad: server.

You know the government is saving all our e-mails. I wonder if the e-mail has to be read by some government computer before it is sent to us??? I get a lot of junk e-mails, it must take a long time to read all those e-mails. I doubt if this is the answer but is one of those things that make you want to go Hmmmm.

I have the same issue. I identified the following servers as the ones responsible for holding onto the email: mta1563.mail.bf1.yahoo.com mta1506.mail.bf1.yahoo.com mta1224.mail.ne1.yahoo.com and alike. I contacted customer service and told them about the problem. They response was: " I am happy to inform you that I was able to identify and fix the issue affecting your account. The fix I performed required a re-synchronization of your account along with some other maintenance operations." The irony is I got their response with 4 hours of delay...!
