How to get relative error?

I have not been able to get into my email since yesterday. When I try I get a TEMPORARY ERROR 14. How do I get?

I just want to get into my email and this Temporary Error 14 is not going away. I tried what was suggested but nothing works. Yahoo please get rid of this error.
