How can I restart a yahoo account?

I had a virus on my computer and my Yahoo email got damaged. I can receive emails but can't respond to them

or delete any emails from my Inbvox, Bulk emails, or Trash Bin. It looks like my whole Yahoo Tool bar got compromised. How can I restart a new Yahoo account or fix my existing one?
