    I don't know what world the others live in, but I am about to start work for the day at a major hardware chain store and we opened at 7am. Most of the shops around are open today.

if its anything like the uk you won't find anywhere except the local newsagents opening to sell newspapers on the sunday morning. no one opens at all, its a complete shut down.
