i'm a picadilly line person so i'd say hammersmith. it's got good transportation, schools etc plus it's a nice area. but i used to live in chalk farm for a bit and that was really near primrose hill so it was decent and it had good ameneties near it plus my rent was fairly cheap.

Hampstead is preety cool it's a nice and safe area, there's big park with tons of playgrounds and pretty cool view plus it's close to the center of London. You can take nice walks to thorugh the Hampstead heath pard or go to the Primrose hill which is where all the celebs live. Also St John's wood suppose to be great, it's an american-british area. But i would go for Hamstead it's really kid friendly there
