What is it like to work on a cruise line& what standards/personal record/previous employment must an employee?

    If you are really serious, I would put a cover letter and resume together and send it to all the cruise lines, ATTN: Human Resources. All the cruise line websites have contact info, email addresses, etc. One bartender I talked to on a cruise told me he answered an ad in his local paper in India. They called him in for an interview and he was hired. He did have lots of experience though working in 5 Star hotels in Dubai before his cruise career. Some service industry experience would be helpful to get a position, along with references.
