WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A CAPTAIN OF A SHIP?? OR CRUISE SHIP?

im 15 and in 9th grade and i want to make i get the right class and also the right school to be a captain of a ship/cruise ship? any advice?

You need to become a member of the US Navy and get that specific training and experience there, or you can attend a naval college and earn your certificates there. Once you have a lower level certificate, the usual course of action is to acquire experience on board commercial ships, study for the higher certificates, take and pass those exams, and work your way up. Not many of the seamen get so far as a Masters Certificate, but it can be done. To become a captain on a cruise ship requires several years of experience on board working one's way up the hierarchy. In short, you need both the proper certificates and experience. Good luck!
