  This is quite an extensive question! let me rate each cruise line; NCL: 7/10 Royal Caribbean: 8.5/10 Carnival: 9.5/10 NCL is nice, but the service and food is hit and miss. Teen programs are very good, but because of the food/service, it think it could be better. Royal Caribbean is a wonderful cruise line. Teens programs are probably comparable to carnival, if not better. The only issue is that their cruises are a bit more expensive, and their itineraries are not as nice. Carnival is the best one! The food is quite good, the crew are always happy and pleasant. Their kids programs are fantastic, and will keep your teens entertained non-stop! Their Conquest class ships and Dream class of ships are the nicest- i would recommend the Carnival Valor or the Carnival Dream. I have been on 16 cruises, and have cruised with each of these lines. I have done 7 carnival, 3 NCL and 1 royal caribbean. Out of all those cruises, Carnival has ALWAYS come out on top- i've NEVER had one single bad experience with them. They are amazing!
