Do cruise companies bargain?

Cruise companies, from the UK to Europe?

  • I am looking for a cruise the sails from the UK that goes to Europe. Which company should I use? I have never been on a cruise before so know nothing about it!

    As Duane T mentioned, Celebrity has started to originate cruises from the UK. Their itineraries match what I've seen on comparable cruises from Princess, Holand America, or even now Disney. The Celebrity Eclipse is the sister ship of the Solstice and Equinox. They are large ships but very well designed and organized. I never ran into any environment where it appeared crowded, except maybe when they had jewelry sales in one of the atriums. Celebrity also has a wonderful No-Smoking restriction policy, i.e. smoking is not allowed in rooms, verandahs or common areas. There were 4 designated smoking areas on Equinox, but all interior dining and entertainment areas were non-smoking.

ive been on celebrity equinox,and while a lovely ship etc the food wasn't half as good we found than p&o ships,the organisation of p&o is second to none,and we could find nothing at all to complain about,sailed with those six times now,on board oceana and ventura.these will sail from southampton and dock at southampton. whatever you decide have a great holiday.
