How to get a job on a cruise ship?

How do i get a job in a cruise ship? any job in a cruise ship would do?

  • i am a graduate

  • Answer:

Go to the individual cruise company web site and find the employment link. NEVER go to any other web site that is not directly with a particular cruise company as many of these if not most are scams. Princess cruises have their employment link at the bottom of their page.

if you go to carnival's website (address in sources) and go to the search bar at the top right and type in Fun Jobs and it should be the first one and it will tell you what to do from there P.S. this is for a job for carnival cruise lines

the "any job will do" will not work. Or would you apply to Coca cola and say" any job will do ? You need to be 21 yrs old, have a minimum of 2 yrs experience in the job you are applying for on land. For more details on working onboard a cruise ship: www.cruiselinesjobs.com For applications: go to the cruise lines websites and check out the requirements. Then apply for the job you are suitable for, depending on your experience

Keep in mind that being "a graduate" (of whatever) is often not enough. You need actual job experience, often at least 2 years (and sometimes more), in the position that you're applying for. And you need to be at least 21 years old. The cruise lines are not interested in providing job training. They want people who already know how to do the job.
