What are some innovative airport ideas?

I have a group interview for Virgin America Airlines this afternoon - as An Airport Team member. Any ideas?

  Friend just did one for an American Airlines taking on south american flights. Does your job require another language? Hers did and the entire interview was in Spanish. Everyone sat in a circle and one interviewer asked a specific question, like how does your schooling help you in the job your applying for, or something similar. She told me many people went way off topic and spoke too much, rambling, and not answering the questions. She said some answers had nothing to do with the question. So I would say be succinct and to the point! Good Luck
