1. Play handball for a professional team 2. You need to be GOOD, you cannot just get on the team without any talent. If you are male and smaller than 175 then say goodbye to ever becoming good. 3. Get your name out there. I take it that you have not even tried handball considering that you think it's just a joke to qualify for the national team for the US. I am Icelandic and I am considered a very great talent in handball, but I will most likely never compete for my national team in a major tournament. Don't expect it to be any different for you in america. Your best shot is to play for a handball team and then MAYBE if you are more than decent at the sport then you might actually have a chance.
