    Get a cardboard box, set it up somewhere so it's about chest high, have it so that nothing is holding it so if you hit it, it will fly off. next make sure nothing is in it, fold the flaps over to close it. What you do is, practice trying to punch your fist through the box, works best with a knife strike punch. my record is bearying my fist up to my elbow through the box, my friends jaws dropped to the floor. works best with a larger box, work your way down to smaller and harder wine boxes.

By taking a technique that lasts 1 second and using it at 10% speed, so it takes 10 seconds for you to do, you will be able to achieve full kinetic muscle chains with regular (not hard, just regular) practice in 6 to 12 months. Equivalent to what other people who don't use this training methodology will obtain in 2 to 5 years. Optimum cycle is 10% speed, 50% speed, and 100% speed for 3 total reps. That is one set. Repeat the set until your training time is over for the day. If you wish to burn cardio, you can chain 10 100% speed reps together, then add in 3-4 slow movement reps to balance it out at the end to cooldown. So the secret is that slow is fast. If you think this is counter intuitive, it's probably why most people can't fight their way out of a paper bag.
