I have a horrible voice and I'm too embarrassed by it to take lessons?

so i want to take singing lessons but i'm so embarrassed by my horrible voice that i don't want to show the teacher it! i don't know if i should...my voice is horrible really. should ...show more

you should because a teacher knows you are coming to her because you can't sing. Everybody has talents and some like you don't have the singing talent. You might have another great talent. If you go for classes, you could improve it and not be embarassed anymore. Having a bad voice is not so bad. I have a bad one too. So go to classes, I am and I am getting better! Goodluck
