Good photoshop tutorials?

What are some good Photoshop tutorials for beginners?

• I saw many tutorials already but i am a beginner so i find it difficult to follow all the steps. Many tutorials use stock photos and i don't want to pay for these photos when i can simply get free photos from creative commons search.

  Adobe has some training videos at https://www.adobeknowhow.com/courselanding/beginners-adobe-photoshop?sdid=ISPSFad http://Lynda.com is also known for producing decent training videos http://www.lynda.com/Photography-training-tutorials/70-0.html?category=photoshop_279 I have been using Photoshop for 20 years.  I don't think it is possible to know everything about every technique and approach to a problem.  My suggestion is that you get the basics down and start working with images.  You will come to problems no training has addressed.  Learn to work through these problems and search on how others have overcome the problem.  Sticking to known images with known problems can give you a false impression of progress and competence and you will hit a wall working with images outside the structured environment.  Expanding into your own images gives you experience in identifying problems and working an image towards your vision. Photoshop is a fantastic but huge creative tool.  Stick with it and you can do almost anything with your images.
