You want a course in wildlife conservation, obviously. Also fishery biology (many of the techniques are similar), mammalogy, ornithology, zoology, ecology, statistics, plus all the junk you have to take in order to keep the liberal arts and social science departments from going out of business. Of these, English is probably the most useful.
