Do you think its silly or greedy that some stores like old navy were open on thanksgiving day?

Just be thankful that you have a job if you have to work on Thanksgiving instead of standing around complaining about it. I mean, it probably wasn't busy anyway and its not like the work unusually long hours. Think about the police officers, fire fighters and ambulance services that work every holiday year round no matter what holiday it is that comes up. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Veterans day. . . everything that means something to somebody on the force and the departments are still open. Think about the people who are overseas on Thanksgiving fighting for our freedom while we complain about having to work. I'm sure they would love to be able to relax after 8hrs of light duty. . . especially at home with their families instead of being on dirt. Its not greedy, its retail and competitors.
