I have a singing problem.

Singing; My bestfriend and family thinks im very good at singing, i do too. but the problem is is that....?

    Yes chorus is a great way to help you out there.You will get to be in front of alot of people.Or if you are involved in church functions a choir is a great way to start.Oh and that style you are talking about it is called Soul.Good luck and never give up.Never let anyone tell you can"t when you can.Dreams do come true and I hope yours does too.

join a choir or singing class...maybe see what the teacher thinks before you sing in front of kids. No offense but if the kids don't like they'll be mean about it...my best friend had that happen to her. But get an opinion from a teacher the only they will do is help you improve. =]

Join the chorus when you get into highschool or participate in the musical.

Embrace your singing style. Practice it more. Get in a choir class, take critique from people to better your stage fright. You'll get over it eventually. :]
