How do I apply for a job in Google?

How does a job candidate match himself/herself with a Google team outside of US after passing Google's hiring committee?

  • Nowadays,  Google's recruiting process is like this. 1. Interviews 2. Get green light from hiring committee 3. Match the candidate with a team 4. Pass executive hiring committee(said to have approximately 1% reject rate) 5. Background check, etc 6. Extend offer I'm now in stage 3. However, I'm not US citizen and need a H1-b visa to work in Mountainview. My recruiter can help me to find a team in MTV but I can't get on board until next October. On the other hand, once there's a team want me in Europe/Australia office, I can get on board immediately. But that seems hard for my recruiter. I would like to find a effective to find teams with engineering job openings in Google's offices in Europe and Australia. Especially Gmail and Maps team. Can anyone help me on this?
